A French telecommunications engineer, a graduate of the École polytechnique and of the École nationale supérieure des télécommunications (E.N.S.T.). A transmission-systems specialist, he co-wrote, with Victor Toscer, Les Systèmes de télécommunications par satellites (Masson, 1975), a treatise that grew out of teaching at the École nationale supérieure de techniques avancées (ENSTA). The book offers a rigorous synthesis of communications-satellite engineering at the dawn of the first commercial networks (INTELSAT, Symphonie), from the link budget to earth stations. Detailed biographical information (birth and death dates) is not documented.
