Roger May was a French journalist and popular science writer active in the late 1950s. A specialist in early astronautics, he authored two popular works on space exploration: 40,000 Kilometres per Hour (Flammarion, 1958) and Green Lights for the Moon (Éditions André Bonne, 1959). The latter is notable for its pioneering treatment of space biomedicine in French popular literature, at a time when such topics were rarely covered. His birth and death dates have not been found in available sources.
