Ronald Brown

GB

Ronald Brown was an English-language popular-science writer active in the late 1960s. For the British publisher Aldus Books he wrote several volumes in the Aldus science and technology series on contemporary technology, including Lasers: Tools of Modern Technology (1968) and Telecommunications: The Booming Technology (1969). The latter, a richly illustrated survey of the history and technology of telecommunications, from the telegraph to satellites, was translated into French by Larousse in 1971 and distributed in the United States by Doubleday. His birth and death dates and other biographical details are not securely documented.
